Amanda is excellent with my short hair and color! I love going there! Pretty quick about getting me in. Within 5 days or less. Most other places are 2 weeks.

I scheduled a hair appointment in advance. Just a simple cut, a little layer and a bang, I had a picture. I sit in the chair and the woman says, "gotta make this quick cause I only have 10 minutes" who schedules 10 minutes for a hair cut? I was stupid and decided to let her cut it anyway. She started cutting. She didn't part my hair (my part wasn't straight) didn't straighten or spray my wavy hair at all, just started cutting. So she gets done and I look at the back, it's WAY shorter than what I told her, but we can't uncut hair so I try to not freak out. She takes the cape off me, and I had to remind her that I wanted bangs too. She quickly cut those and sent me out the door. I felt very rushed. Got home. THE LAYERS IN THE BACK WERE UNEVEN. So I went to another place to even them out, the shortest layers in the back were what we had to go by, and they were so short they ended at the middle of my head. I have been crying for 2 days now. Technically I have another appointment with her Tommorow, but sense I got it "fixed" at the other place and I don't have an ounce of trust for the woman who cut my hair at this salon, I'm not going in. And I'm not going to call and let her know I'm not coming in, because I'm still pissed. I should have asked for my money back, right then and there. Live and learn.
